Work flow for Decision Items

This is the Workflow for Decision Items.

States

• Private(Initial State) : In this state Only the authorised members of the GA can view and participate in DI. Possible Transitions are :
  • Make Public View
  • Make Public Participate
  • Make Visible
  • Make Private-Customized
  • Submit

• Public-View : In this state the unregistered users can view the DI but not participate in it. The registered users can view and participate in it and view. Possible transitions are:
  • Submit

• Public-Participate : In this state anybody can view and participate in DI including unregustered user. Possible transitions are :
  • Submit

• Visible : In this state all registered members can view and participate in the DI. Possible Transitions are:
  • Submit

• Private-Customised : In this sate Only the selected authorised members can view and edit the DI. Allowed Transitions are:
  • Submit

• Submitted (Final State) : In this state activities on DI it are frozen. And is available in ready-only mode. No transitions are allowd.

Transitions

• Make Private : This transition makes the object to go in "Provate" state.

• Make Public View : This transition is used change the object state to "Public-View"

• Make Public Participate : This allows to change the state to "Public-Participate".

• Make Visible : This allows to change the sate to "Visible".

• Make Private-Customized : This state allows to change the state to "Private Customized"

• Submit : This allows to change the state to "Submitted"
