Definitions

!!! - a "must have" feature

!! - a requested feature

! - a less desired feature

? - desired feature, but can be discussed for smaller changes

?? - a feature open for discussion

??? - a feature fully open for discussion in behaviour, ui, architecture...

CF - Criticality Factor. It is the multiplier number for each feature, to be used when calculating penalties on deliverables, in case of bugs or delivery missing. The higher, the most critical the feature is.

Assumptions


Proposal

  • User can view "replies to my stuff", and navigate them. He can see all items and ratings submitted by other users in reply to his contributions (all submitted item). It also shows number of new objects in different color - !!! CF 3
  • User can view a "Pending Requests" box. Displays list of pending requests that user have received and has not taken any action yet - ?? CF 1
    • User can Accept / Reject pending request. For example: whenever a Group Owner sends a request to a group member to become a Group Administrator, that member can either accept or reject this request
  • User can list of his groups, Pending Requests Box, announcements and Calendar as movable Dynamic Boxes in dashboard - ? CF 3  
  • User can  view Announcements Box. Displays all the generic system-wide latest announcements - ! CF 1
  • User can add/remove/edit new Dynamic Boxes (wysiwyg, rss) - !! CF 3
  • User can view box with best rated people and items (to encourage good posting). A given User's rating average is the average of the rate given by other users to his submitted items - ? CF 2
