Definitions
!!! - a "must have" feature

- Criticality Factor. It is the multiplier number for each feature, to
be used when calculating penalties on deliverables, in case of bugs or
delivery missing. The higher, the most critical the feature is.

- (draft) owner can enable/disable (and set parameters) mandatory submission of summary when submitting long comments. If comment being posted is longer than X (default=150) words, then another textarea for summary is shown above the comment submit textarea in the Slide Box to submit a summary of 20-50 words. The summary textarea should appear only when the user has crossed the number of words typed in the comment box, otherwise it is hidden - ? CF 2
- (draft) owner can choose/customize rating title and rating type for elements (agree only, agree/disagree, 1 to 5, -5 to 5, excellent to terrible, “custom tags”) - !! CF 2
- (draft) owner can choose which roles, if any, are allowed to reply to comments - ??? CF 1
- system will request "substantial" reading of comments before rating. If member has not viewed the "full text" for at least 20 seconds or 0.2 seconds x word (whichever is lower), the system prompts to "read" before rating - ?? CF 3
- (draft) owner can enable/disable members' mandatory rating of X (default=3) randomly selected comments before submitting a new comment. Member will see Y (0-3) under-rated comments (referred to the nearest text-fragment) which he will have to "read" and rate before being allowed to submit his comment - ?? CF 2
