Definitions

? - desired feature, but can be discussed for smaller changes

?? - a feature open for discussion

??? - a feature fully open for discussion in behaviour, ui, architecture...

CF - Criticality Factor. It is the multiplier number for each feature, to be used when calculating penalties on deliverables, in case of bugs or delivery missing. The higher, the most critical the feature is.

• Allow users to comment a selected part of the text by:
• a. Select text-fragment and press "C"; or - !!! CF 3
  
• b. Clicking on large "Post Comment" button - !!! CF 3
  
• (draft) owner can enable/disable members to submit comments as Mr. Anonymous Member - ?? CF 2
  
• system will ask for captcha if comment text contains URL's or matches a keyword blacklist. Google uses it on orkut scraps, to avoid automated robots submitting spam comments. Maybe implement also a list of "suspected words" (viagra, sexual, …) - ?? CF 3
  
• (draft) owner can enable/disable mandatory moderation of submitted comments - ? CF 3
  
• (draft) owner can enable/disable members to send a reply to a comment (i.e. a comment to a comment) - ! CF 3
  
• (draft) Member can rate other member's comments - !!! CF 3
