Definitions

!!! - a "must have" feature

!! - a requested feature

! - a less desired feature

? - desired feature, but can be discussed for smaller changes

?? - a feature open for discussion

??? - a feature fully open for discussion in behaviour, ui, architecture...

CF - Criticality Factor. It is the multiplier number for each feature, to be used when calculating penalties on deliverables, in case of bugs or delivery missing. The higher, the most critical the feature is.

Assumptions


Proposal

  • User can see a list view with: the drafts he participates, ordered by phase deadline; the title and current/total draft phases; the owners and how many people are participating; a quick summary of last activity, with number of comments, proposals and flags
    • If the user is the only member (and consequently owner) of a draft, he will be presented with a quick link to invite others to join
  • User can see, accept/reject invitations from other People.
    • If there are no incoming invites to accept/reject, the user will have a quick form to invite others
  • User can see a list of his friends with options to contact them via skype api and/or leave a message, depending on each friend personal configurarion
  • User can send "Feedback" on the application, access the "Options" window or "Logout" at any time
  • User can subscribe to a RSS feed containing his dashboard summary information
