Definitions

! - a less desired feature

? - desired feature, but can be discussed for smaller changes

?? - a feature open for discussion

??? - a feature fully open for discussion in behaviour, ui, architecture...

CF - Criticality Factor. It is the multiplier number for each feature, to be used when calculating penalties on deliverables, in case of bugs or delivery missing. The higher, the most critical the feature is.

• (draft) owner can order amends for subsequent approval process - ? CF 2
  

• (draft) owner can enable/disable automatic approval of proposed changes if majority trigger is reached - ??? CF 2
  
• member can submit an amend to a draft by:
  
• A: double click on text and start typing directly on the draft (wysiwyg editor); - !!! CF 3
  
• B. select text-fragment and press "P"; or  - !!! CF 3
  
• C. clicking on large "Post Amend" button.  - !!! CF 3
  
• In all cases, a side slider box opens for a user to enter other metadata - !!! CF 3
  
• amend headers in right column show current quorum approval status (green, gray and red bars), on mouseover user can read how many people is left to reach voting quorum to approve/disapprove the amend. A coloured (grayed if amend is not selected or mouseover) small circle reflects amount of change done to the text-fragment by having bigger size the most changes were made - ?? CF 2
