Drafts Comments and Amends
- Create Drafts: Users can write a document from
scratch or import from Word/OpenOffice, and open the document for
commenting and proposal of changes; a group of people can manage many drafts;
- Innovative Commenting Workflow: Draft members select phrases or paragraphs to comment with just one click. Everybody can rate the comments; Drafts can go through different user-customized phases of discussion;
- Express your Preference: Every decision-making process can have a phase for members preference expression and/or expert ratings;
- Propose Amends: Incredible simplicity to
communicate changes in a document. Using the same workflow for
comments, other users can approve/reject the suggested changes creating
real democratic collaboration;
- Get updated: Users can subscribe to RSS feeds of their preferred documents, and be updated on all new comments and proposals since their last login thanks to a free API;
- Petitions: Create petitions in a very democratic way starting from writing the draft text together!

- Communicate Easily: Users can read internal and external RSS feeds, communicate and manage friends online or other members using the Messages Inbox to send messages to other users or groups, and be updated with custom notification messages;
- Filter Messages: Users can select to forward to their e-mail address messages of their friends, groups, etc...
Groups
- Spaces for Discussions: Groups are spaces, like forums, where members can post messages, receive custom notifications and contact or invite other people;
- Fast and friendly AJAX user interface: simple and functional user interface and carefully designed UI controls makes configuration of user options and everyday use much simpler;
- Contextual Help: online guidance to take full advantage of this powerful democratic organizing tool;
- Moderation: Group Owners can elect moderators, which help to ensure democratic and healthy discussions.
Blogs
- Start a Blog: Members may choose to create a blog for themselves at anytime;
- Post: Members can create blog posts using a rich-text editor and may upload multiple files at the same time;
- Interact: Blog posts can have commenting enabled/disabled and allow setting different permissions for different people;
- View: Users can view their blog home page as boxes with their friend's blogs or news.
